Return it unused and in its box. You pay the return delivery.
Arrived faulty?
Send us photos of the fault on WhatsApp, or describe it. We pay the return delivery.
M-Pesa refund, same day
Once we've checked the returned item, we refund you on M-Pesa the same day, or offer a replacement.
We reply every day, 6am to 11pm.
After 4 days, the warranty shown on each product applies.
